The Season Bundle Briefing
$350 Season bundle includes an initial lot clean-up for any leaves, pine needles, grass and or other organic material that has built up over the offseason. Also included is the routine grass cutting that would be needed even if it requires a weekly cutting. Whether you have a lot with lots of leaves and tree debris with little to no grass that would be cleaned up once or twice a month, or a lot with only grass that would be cut each week the amount of work to maintain each one is relatively the same. Finally, to complete the package is the Mulch!! We will remove all existing old mulch and replace it with fresh mulch in the color of your choice up to 1 cubic yard or the equivalent of 12 bags at the store. If you need a black garden edger we use a premium 5.5" dig-in type that will stick out of the ground 4" or less. This edger is the only park approved edge we will install and or also have in stock. This Edger will cost $3/ Linear foot furnished and installed. (We will not be offering one time lawn cutting services for the 2026 season.)

Routine Grass Mowing & Trimming
- With the cost of everything going up it is so much easier to deliver consistent quality service when customers are done on a consistent routine schedule.
- Our regular season is a weekly MOWING schedule from mid-April to the end of October. Included are weekly visits for all grass lots, and tree-covered bare lots to blow and remove yard debris on a once or twice a month lot clean up.
- Get Locked in @ $350/Year before April 1st, 2026. REGARDLESS OF LOT SIZE (MINIMUM $200 DEPOSIT BY 4/1/25) with the season starting APRIL 15, 2026, TO LOCK IN THIS RATE) This is HOA type service to keep your lot maintained and looking wonderful on a routine basis.
Mulching !!!
Included in this package is FREE mulch! up to 1 cubic yard (the equivalent of 12 bags) of your choice of mulch in natural hardwood (dye free), Black, Brown or Red wood mulch.
We will remove all old existing mulch just before the beginning of the season (April) and put down new mulch.
Leave It Too Us!
Complete Leaf Removal of all leaves and or pine needles on the entire property, including shed & porch roofs . This service is from the beginning of the contract until Halloween October 31st, 2026.
